Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 7:00PM, Sunday 10AM - 3PM

All party bookings will be confirmed in writing and sent out via email outlining party agreement.

A full refund is given in circumstances resulting in Zarinah’s Pamper Palace cancelling a booking, unless an alternative date is agreed.

Parties are held at chosen locations and need to obtain reasonable access in and out of the location (to be arranged by customer prior to arrival).

Parties are approximately 2 hours long with a maximum of 6 guests.

Zarinah’s Pamper Palace will arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the booking time to ensure set-up is completed for start time and guests can enjoy the full 2 hours on board.

Food is not provided by Zarinah’s Pamper Palace, but have teamed up with local businesses to offer afternoon tea and can be served on board.

Parent consent forms are required for each booking to advise Zarinah’s Pamper Palace of any allergies. Zarinah’s Pamper Palace will not be held accountable for any adverse reactions to treatment or options chosen.

Zarinah’s Pamper Palace is insured under public liability, are health and safety approved and staff are DBS certified.

Parent/guardian hiring the glam van needs to ensure guests are aware of chosen location children need to be dropped off and collected from.
